St. Louis Shakespeare will be holding professional, non-
equity auditions for Richard III on Sunday, November 1st
from 11am - 3pm at the Regional Arts Commission located in
the Delmar Loop (6128 Delmar Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63112).
Please come prepared with a Shakespearean monologue of your
choice, headshot, resume and list of conflicts from February 2016 –
April 2016. If you do not have a monologue, you may choose to read a
side from the script that will be provided for you at the audition. To
schedule an audition, please send an email to
firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, phone number and
audition time preference. Audition slots are 10 minutes long. Callbacks
for Richard III will be held on November 7th at RAC from 11am-3pm. If
you have worked for the company previously and would like to attend
callbacks, please send an email request to email@example.com no
later than November 5th. Please include your full name, phone number
and callback time preference (11am-1pm OR 1pm-3pm). If you can
email your headshot/resume/list of conflicts along with your callback
request, it would be greatly appreciated.
Performances for Richard III: April 8th -10th and 14th – 17th; Fridays
and Saturdays at 8pm, Sundays at 2pm and Thursday, April 14th at
7:30pm. Additionally, there are two student matinee dates at 10:00AM
on April 14th and 15th. Richard III will be directed by Artistic Director
Suki Peters. Actors are paid a stipend.
