ARTISTIC DIRECTOR
DONNA NORTHCOTT - Donna founded SLS in 1984 after receiving her BA in Theatre from St. Louis University and studying at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts (LAMDA).  After receiving her Masters in Theatre from Northwestern University, Donna interned at Chicago's Goodman Theatre before returning to St. Louis.  She worked at the St. Louis Science Center as the Live Theatre Manager, producing their Science Theatre Caravan touring program, and at the Jewish Community Center producing their Youth Theatre programs.  She is currently on the Theatre faculty at Lindenwood University, where she teaches and is the resident Costume Designer, and also works in industrial films and as a voiceover actor.

ASSOCIATE ARTISTIC DIRECTOR
DIRECTOR OF EDUCATION AND OUTREACH
MILT ZOTH - Milt Zoth received his MFA in Directing from Webster University, and has worked as a director and instructor with St. Louis Shakespeare, City Players, Hothouse Theatre, New Jewish Theatre, Arrow Rock Lyceum Theatre, St. Louis University, Webster University, and University of Missouri - St. Louis. Milt has recently served as an adjunct professor at University of Missouri - St. Louis. He has served as the Artistic Director of Orthwein Theatre Company and was the Education Coordinator of MUNY 1st Stage. Milt is currently the Director of Theatre for Kirkwood High School.

DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
KELLEY GREEN - Has been involved with SLS since October of 2004. She got her MBA from Maryville University and started Financial Housekeepers, Inc. in 1997 to help small businesses and organizations with their bookkeeping and financial needs.
