Sir John Falstaff gets more than he bargained for when he simultaneously pursues two wealthy married women. Upon receiving identical copies of Falstaff's love letter, the spirited Mistresses Ford and Page cook up a scheme of their own to teach the fat knight a lesson, with uproariously funny results.

Mistress Ford -
Suki Peters

Suki is ecstatic to perform her 6th season with St. Louis Shakespeare. Previous roles include: KATHARINA in The Taming of the Shrew, BEATRICE in Much Ado About Nothing and LEGOLAS in The One-Hour Lord of the Rings Trilogy (MSMT).  Suki would like to thank Todd for this opportunity and mom & dad for their love and support.

Ford -
Ben Ritchie

This is Ben's 15th show with St. Louis Shakespeare. He is a regular cast member in the The Magic Smoking Monkey Theater, where he has played Han Solo in The One-Hour Star Wars Trilogy. Most recently Ben performed in Riverside Shakespeare's production of Much Ado About Nothing as Dogberry.

Jamie Marble

Jamie graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a bachelor’s degree in vocal performance and earned her Master of Arts degree in vocal performance from the University of Iowa. Her last performance was Verdi's Falstaff as Meg Page with the Cedar Rapids Opera. She thanks her boys, Georgie and Jon Jon, for their love and support.

Anne Page -
Marissa Barnathan

Marissa Barnathan is a rising senior at Wash. U. majoring in Drama and Psychology. Recent productions: A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Hermia), The Threepenny Opera (Polly), Metamorphoses (Myrrha and others). Marissa wants to thank Todd and everyone at STL Shakespeare for this great opportunity and her family and friends for their endless support!

Master Page -
Chris Jones

Chris’ recent acting credits include Macbeth (Macduff) for St. Louis Shakespeare, The One-Hour Star Wars Trilogy (Obi-Wan / Yoda) and The One-Hour Lord of the Rings Trilogy (Gimli) both for Magic Smoking Monkey. Chris is also a drama coach at East Alton-Wood River High School.

Doctor Caius -
Casey Boland

This will be Casey Boland's second time in The Merry Wives of Windsor, and he is ecstatic to play Dr. Caius this time around.  He would like to thank the cast, his family, and especially his wife Amy, for all their support.  By Gar!

Mistress Quickly -
Emily Adams

Emily studied Drama and English Literature in the UK and toured nationally around Britain. Emily’s performed with award winning theatre companies such as Chickenshed and Lacey Theatre Company, performing in the Royal Albert Hall, London and York Minster Cathedral. She is excited to make her St Louis Shakespeare Theatre debut.

Paul Devine

Paul is happy to be back with St. Louis Shakespeare. He just completed Much Ado About Nothing with Riverside Shakespeare, and was recently seen with St. Louis Shakespeare in The Taming of the Shrew, but his all time favorite role is that of dad and grandpa to an amazing family!
Host of the Garter -
Carl Overly

Carl is pleased to be playing the role of The Host in his first show with St. Louis Shakespeare Company. He has previously worked with Metro Theatre, The Black Rep, Upstream Theatre, STLAS and many more. He would like to that his family and friends for their support and patience.

Martin Casey

Martin Casey is a professional chef who has convinced others he is a passable amateur actor.  He is grateful for the chance to work with old and new friends in a play he loves.  He currently lives in St. Louis, MO.
Nym -
Ruman Kazi
Merry Wives is Ruman’s first Shakespeare performance.  With a resume consisting of film credits, Ruman made his stage debut playing Superintendent Waverly in The Abominable Dr. Phibes. Films include: "The Pascal Sign", "Blink You Sucker" and “The Dangerous City”. Ruman will study at The Stella Adler Studio of Acting in NYC in the fall.
Fenton -
Austin Pierce

Austin Pierce has played: Paul in A Chorus Line, Otto Kringelein in Grand Hotel, and Lorenzo in The Merchant of Venice. Regionally as: Billy in The Goat, or Who Is Sylvia?, Willard in Footloose, Jamie in The Last 5 Years, and recently as Man 2 in The Good Doctor.
Shallow -
Tim Callahan

Still a newcomer to STL Shakespeare, Tim appeared in last season’s The Tempest and Cyrano de Bergerac. He has also performed in, Something Afoot, Oliver and Little Shop of Horrors with Family Musical Theatre and On Borrowed Time with Hawthorne Players. Much Love to his beautiful wife, Denise.
Slender -
Ben Watts

Ben is jazzed to be working with St. Louis Shakespeare. Recently he appeared in a public reading of Every Other Hamlet In The Universe with Shakespeare Festival St. Louis. Past credits include: Twelfth Night and Macbeth. Ben is a senior at UMSL working toward a BA in Theatre and Dance.
Pistol -
John Wolbers

John is the Youth Theatre Coordinator for the J.C.C. and is thrilled to return to St. Louis Shakespeare.  Some of his favorite productions include Much Ado about Nothing (SLS), Hana’s Suitcase (Metro Theater) and The One Hour Lord of the Rings.  Thanks to Todd Pieper, this amazing cast and crew and, as always, Liza.
